Personalmente la ronda extrema l'ho trovata più tosta delle hero (forse anche perchè a inizio maggio manca qualche km nelle gambe), il dislivello effettivo è praticamente il medesimo ma le discese della Extrema sono più impegnative quindi ti stanchi di più e poi il percorso è molto più ondulato ed è difficile mantere un ritmo costante .
I ristori sono Ok, almeno i primi hanno gel e quant'altro. COn l'aumentare della percorrenza c'è meno roba, ma sempre più che sufficiente.
Ci si vede a Riva!

Each participant has to pick up his starting number personally. Please keep in mind that you save time for yourself and all other participants, if you print and sign the declaration of liability that you have received and bring it to the distribution of starting numbers. The starting numbers must be placed visibly on the front side of the handlebar. Participating with the starting number of another cyclist, giving the starting number to another cyclist or any other incident detected by the organizer will lead to disqualification from the race.

All cyclists of the starting block A of the Ronda Extrema, of the starting block A of the Ronda Grande/Ronda Piccola, and of the starting block eMBT as well as of the starting block A of the Ronda Facile have a block starting time. The cyclists of the starting blocks B and C start each with a net riding time - which means that the time starts to run when those cyclists cross the starting line.
After the first starting blocks of the Ronda Extrema have started, the cyclists of the following starting blocks of the Ronda Grande/Ronda Piccola and Ronda Facile will individually be pulled forward to the starting line.

Quest'anno fai anche la gara enduro? Sono curioso...

Io ho scoperto la causa dei miei problemi in discesa, la Lefty è praticamente morta... mandarla a revisionare ora è troppo tardi, mi farò l'Extrema con una semi-rigida :arrabbiat:!!!

Comunque visto che si parte alle 7.35, dobbiamo subito prendere quelli delle 7.30 (:omertà:) prima di Varignano sennò restiamo intruppati come al solito :nunsacci::nunsacci::i-want-t::i-want-t::il-saggi::il-saggi:

Ci si vede venerdì pomeriggio?
Portami un paio di bustine di Theta, sono a secco e ne avrò bisogno mi sa... :medita:

Mi sembra un po' strano...:nunsacci:

Ci provo a fare l'estrema, sperando che non succeda come al Marathon a Garda: quando ho tagliato il traguardo lo stavano già smontando...:specc::prega:

Però dei cancelli riportati da @MTBra c'è qualcosa che non torna (era l'unico link che non avevo guardato nelle mail dell'organizzazione, e mi stavo pure dannando a cercarli sul sito: grazie!): possibile che diano 5 ore per i primi 34 km e poi solo un'ora e mezza abbondante per farne altrettanti, fino al 74°? Sono tedeschi, i primi 54 km sono di riscaldamento, poi mettono il TURBO :smile:

PS: SI, sta bici mi costa un botto... sbagli però, anch'io ho brasato i freni! Ieri ho pulito la bike e quello anteriore è mezzo blu... avrà raggiunto i 500°C ? :spetteguless::smile::smile::smile:
