Cerchio Pacenti TL28 29r

Qualcuno conosce .. possiede .. ha provato .. questo interessante cerchio per 29r dal peso di 410gr. ma con canale interno da ben 23mm.?

Non vi devo spiegare io quanto e' interessante un cerchio che ha una gola interna di 23 mm. .. vero?

Pacenti a sx .. e ZTR Crest a dx

Differenza fra un cerchio da 19mm. di canale interno (gola) ed uno da 23mm.

Io l'ho appena preso su Superstar Componenets... ma da 26".
Nella discussione dello shop c'è uno che l'ha appena ordinato da 29".

Se digiti per Pacenti TL28 su google trovi una prova fatta con questo cerchio da 26r .. leggila e' interessante

I cerchi mi piacciono e mi interessano, sono larghi, non pesanti e occhiellati. Li ho valutati per sostituire dei Arch ma poi ho rimandato l'operazione.

Differenza fra un cerchio da 19mm. di canale interno (gola) ed uno da 23mm.

Questa immagine però non c'entra nulla, mostra ruote per bici da corsa con larghezza esterna di 19 e 23mm (non canale interno).

Si .. ma dalla foto capisci il comportamento diverso di due cerchi con canale interno diverso.

Sì sì, era solo per non confondere larghezza interna ed esterna... comunque io non ho bisogno di convincermi, uso cerchi da 35mm di larghezza :cucù:

Beh! .. I 410gr. dichiarati da Superstars sono un filino ottimistici .. questi sotto sono stati misurati due mesi fa .. resta cmq un peso interessantissimo vista la robustezza del cerchio:

This is my first review so bare with me and feel free to ask any questions.

I'm using these on a Scott Scale Elite (L) with a Reba RL and Shimano QR skewers.

I set these Pacenti's up tubeless with Stan's 25mm tape, just like I have with the Stan's and Sun Ringle wheels I have. I weigh 180lbs so, I set the front Rocket Ron at 24psi and the rear Ikon at 27psi and hit the trail, I will drop the pressures some on the next ride. My first impression was that the bike felt more lively and in contact with the ground. Rolling over roots and through ruts that ran along with the trail I didn't notice and flex or feel pushed off track, the wheels held their ground. On a few 1-2 foot drop off I hurdled off of the landings were secure even when it was a bit sideways. This is when I was expecting a burp or squirm from the tires but nothing of that nature happened.

High speed cornering, the wheels tracked right over any rocks or roots that were in my line and no deflection was noticed. I used to feel the rear wheel quiver coming out of fast turns but not anymore, not with these rims.

Overall, I am impressed and glad I bought these despite the lack of info and reviews. The 355s these replaced had hairline cracks around a few nipple holes that were hard to spot behind the rims stickers. The TL28 has eyelets so that isn't going to be an issue now. I added 70 grams total to my Industry 9 Ultralite wheelset and it was worth every bit of it. The added stiffness and width nullify the weight that was added by a long shot. I guess they are not technically Ultralites any longer but they are stout everything I wanted in a wheelset.

Non so a quale ti riferisci, ma le ho lette un po' tutte prima di prenderle.
Dopo averle prese preferisco non leggere più, nel caso siano negative... beata ignoranza :-)

Quindi non solo questo cerchio e' piu' leggero di uno ZTR ArchEx ma e' pure molto piu' robusto!

credo di essere io quello a cui ti riferisci...però non contate su di me per recensioni affidabili o competenti, non ho sufficiente esperienza in merito, ho deciso di prenderle "a naso" proprio perchè mi attirava molto il cerchio bello largo ma comunque leggero e del quale avevo letto anche io ottime recensioni, considerate che ora vengo da ruote montate con cerchi wtb trail (larghi già 21 comunque) e mozzi deore dal peso notevole, solo l'anteriore 1140 grammi...facile dire che mi troverò molto meglio ;)

Mi sa che sto Pacenti TL28 e' il cerchio che come peso media esattamente tra lo ZTR Crest e l'ArchEx .. permette agli over 85kg. un cerchio robusto ma meno pesante dell'ArchEx.

Another great ride today and again I'm completely blown away with this wheel build. I don't know if its my first time on I9's, the Pacenti TL28's or the fact that Chad did a KILLER job on the build! Most likely its a combination of all 3 of the above that make what feels like the best wheel set Ive EVER ridden!

They accelerate as easily as my old Black Flag 28 spokes, feel stiffer than my Arch EX, and wider than the Flows! They have literally transformed the way I take corners, especially the rough ones. Im known for not being particularly "soft" of my wheels and I haven't had a single moment of feeling unsure on the rough stuff. I corner like I'm on rails as this point and know I haven't fully pushed them yet. Only a few hundred miles and Ive more than decided these are a new favorite by a long shot!

domandona: si riesce a configurare un cerchio 29 per lefty? sinceramente sul sito superstars non ci capisco molto...

Se leggi il thread che ho linkato dicono di si ...
No .. su superstars ci sono nella configurazione per mozzi non Lefty .. costano un filino meno degli ZTR Crest ed ArchEx

No spetta .. Crest 380gr. - Pacenti 430gr.
Sono 50gr. a cerchio .. ma almeno questo non si torce se pesi piu' di 80kg.!
Senza contare che con gli ZTR sei a 21mm. di canale interno .. qui sei a 23mm. ed a leggere quanto dicono fa una differenza enorme specialmente in curva.
