CSV Import do not work

Hello,

First, I would like to appoloize, that I'am writing in English, but I do not speak Italian.

I have the following problem with the TCX-Konverter:
To export an *.csv-file works without any problems, but to import one into the programm does not work. Why? Where is the problem of it?
The *.csv-file looks like this:

Date;Time;LAT;LONG;ALT;DIST;HR;CAD;TEMP;POWER;

All my *.csv-files look like this one and I cannot import any file to TCX-Konverter. Does anyone can tell me, which names I have to put into the first rows, so that TCX-Konverter can read the *.csv-files and convert them to *.tcx? How does the *.csv-file have to look like to get the TCX-Konverter working with it?

Please help me, I'am searching for a solutions for more than 5 weeks and haven't found any.
