Ho comorato un Honor Magic 6 Pro e sembrerebbe che non possa fare la chiamata Sos satelitare fuori Ue, ma non sono certo che sia una limitazione hardware o di piano satelittare..
risposta di Honor:
Dear customer,
Thank you for reaching out.
We would like to inform you that the Magic6 Pro does not support satellite communication within the EU. However, we do offer an alternative emergency SOS feature that can help you in critical situations.
Using Emergency SOS: In case of an emergency, you can quickly and discreetly send an SOS message or make an SOS call to your emergency contacts.
To set it up:
- Go to Settings > Security & Emergency > Emergency SOS.
- Tap Emergency Contacts to add a contact.
- Enable Send SOS message and Automatic SOS call, then set the required permissions as prompted.
Once the Emergency SOS function is activated, if you find yourself in an emergency situation, you can press the power button five times in quick succession, and your device will automatically send a message with your current location to your emergency contacts. It will also automatically call your emergency contacts one by one and play a pre-recorded SOS message before ending the call.
If
Automatic SOS call is turned off, once the message is sent, the device will display the emergency call screen, from which you can quickly call an emergency service or one of your emergency contacts.
Making Emergency Calls: In case of an emergency, you can make emergency calls directly from the device’s lock screen, even if there is no signal.
To use the emergency call feature:
- From the lock screen, access the password entry screen and tap Emergency Call.
- If you're in an area with a good signal and the device has an internet connection, your device will automatically obtain and display your location on the screen.
- Enter the local emergency number and tap to call. Alternatively, tap Emergency Info to select a contact from your emergency contacts and make the call.
Please note that emergency call functionality is subject to local regulations and mobile network providers. Network issues or other interference may
impact the performance of emergency calls.
